Eight Signs YOU are Under Spiritual Attack - Part 2

Eight Signs YOU are Under Spiritual Attack – Part 2

The first sign from day one is “Lack of spiritual passion”.

The enemy comes to steal your tenacity for the things of God. Suddenly, your prayer life seems stalled. Your commitment is tested, and you can’t seem to push through. You feel as though you are just going through the motions.

What are you going to do?

Pray any way!

Worship when you don’t feel like it! This is not a “feel” relationship”; WE KNOW GOD IS WITH US!

You don’t have to feel a thing! God said He will never leave you, nor forsake you. (Hebrews 13:5)

Remember the enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy. He wants you to think God is not listening to your prayers. He wants you to say to yourself, “I’m not going to church to worship because I don’t feel like it.”

A few weeks ago, I took out my favorite prayer book, “Praying God’s Word”, by Beth Moore, and began to pray scriptures on “unbelief”. If I can trust God and get over this hurdle, my prayer life will return. I read the verses out loud and began to make it personal as I prayed. You see, we can quote or read a verse, but until you make it personal that’s when it will become effective.

Sin in your life can also prohibit a breakthrough in the area of prayer. Confess IT, stop IT, and move on! (1 John 1:9).

Another lie satan will tell you, “You’re not worthy!” Well, no one is worthy. The word tells us to draw near to God. His blood covers you! (Hebrews 4:15-16)

“And He also told this parable to certain one who trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and view others with contempt.”

Are you trusting in yourself? Are you looking down on others? Are you so righteous that all you talk about is yourself? Read the rest of this story in Luke 18:9-14. If you come to God in a humble state, He will receive you.

Come to Christ as a child, and He will welcome you!

“Permit the children to come to Me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Truly I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child shall not enter it at all.” (Luke 18:16-17)

“Remember the things impossible with men are possible with God.” Luke 18:27

Overcome the enemy in your prayer life! Confess that armor of God in Ephesians 6! YOU ARE VICTORIOUS!
